- 1998
- The ProImmune Company is founded to pioneer research into the relationship between stress and our immune health.
- 2003
- Dr.Albert Crum received the first of several patents relating to glutathione and physiologic methods for increasing intercellular GSH.
- 2004
- The ProImmune Company creates Immune Formulation 100® to explore the benefits of whey in supporting immune health and GSH.
- 2006
- The ProImmune Company develops the Free-Form Amino Acid Precursor (FFAAP) mixture that would become Immune Formulation 200®, avoiding potential allergy complications of the large protein whey.
- 2007
- American Chemical Society 234th National Conference , Boston, MA. Dr. Crum presents his work on the disulfide bond and the significance of ‘cracking the code’ of the disulfide bond with Immune Formulation 200® – ”The unique and vital role of the cystine/cysteine coupling and the importance of the sulfhydryl group in detoxifying oxyradicals to preserve cell, gene and immune health.”
- 2007 – 2011
- Clinical research at the Charles R. Drew University, UCLA, UC Irvine, and other universities reveal wide ranging benefits of Immune Formulation 200® including surpassing NAC in production of Glutathione and Nrf2 activation.
- 2008
- The ProImmune Company begins providing Immune Formulation 200® direct to consumers — a revolutionary approach to elevating Glutathione levels in a way that respects our natural physiology.
- 2015
- Canadian Patent Office grants patent 2958753, 2963131 and 3081693
- Australian Patent Office grants patent 2018279015
- 2016
- University research at Georgia State Virology Lab shows that Immune Formulation 200® has dramatic antiviral potential.
- US Patent Office awards Dr. Crum patent on “Methods for assessing need for and Effectiveness of Therapy with Antioxidants”
- 2019
- Pubmed.ncbinlm.nih.gov “A Novel antiviral inhibits Zika virus while increasing intracellular glutathione biosynthesis in distinct cell culture models” based on the FFAAP composition of Immune Formulation 200®
- 2023
- European Patent Office (37 countries) awards Dr. Crum patent on “A Composition for use in Treating Hyperlipidemia, Hypercholesterolemia and/or Hypertriglyceridemia via physiologically Synthesized Glutathione” with the glutathione progenitor core synthesis formulation of Immune Formulation 200®
- 2022 – present
